把湖泊鐘乳石洞寫完後,想說西南澳應該要告一段落了

結果發現忘記分享瑪格麗特好吃的餐廳

我知道標題要寫5間必吃的瑪格麗特餐廳,這樣的標題才夠吸引人

但是目前還沒吃到這麼多間好吃的

所以這麼吸睛的標題,等之後集到5間後,再來產一篇『來瑪格麗特河必吃的5間餐廳』

Tuck Shop

這間Tuck shop是這次下瑪格,新發現的餐廳

在前一個晚上吃的El toro 是朋友推薦的餐廳,非常好吃

今晚的標準突然變高了一些,不能比El toro還差

本來晚上是想吃鎮上的韓式燒烤Teddis Big Spoon

可惜已經客滿,還已經訂滿位

之後慢慢篩選到剩Pizzeria & Charcoal Grill Cuisine 和Tuck shop 兩間店,在2間猶豫著

最後選擇Tuck Shop,只因為它有還有很多其他的選擇,不是只有pizza而已

Tuck Shop 是位在小鎮的尾端,在義大利餐廳The Spot Italiano旁邊(這間的義式午餐也挺不錯)

我們一進到Tuck shop,店內非常地大,廚房有個窯烤爐和忙碌的主廚們

才7點而已,店內已幾乎滿座

好險帶位的小姐,看了看定位簿,示意還有座位,讓我們大大鬆了一口氣

更棒的是,還是在戶外的位置,安靜且舒適

我們在裡面等座位的時候,因為客滿的關係,店內幾乎都是交談和笑聲

待久了,耳朵會有點辛苦

菜單

每到一間餐廳,我很喜歡看店家的菜單

如果有特別的字的話,都會很好奇那是什麼樣特殊的香料或醬汁

這樣搭配,究竟會蹦出什麼新滋味

如果沒辦法想像那道菜的味道,或是沒嚐過那個國家的料理,就點那道菜

(這次因為太餓,就先點了想吃的,不然下次蠻想試試看這道菜middle eastern cauliflower flatbread)

每道都很喜歡,幾乎沒有雷

最喜歡章魚那道菜,風味非常豐富,也是第一次嚐到指橙的味道,大家稱它是水果中的魚子醬,一粒粒的

另外,pizza的餅皮也很Q彈,配上會爆漿的burrata起司,簡直人間美味
